Update
Information on our server migration, scheduled for Sunday night the 22nd of October 2017, from 01:00 AM until 05:00 AM. You may experience downtime during this time window.

Relevant changes

As our services will be migrated to a different hosting provider, our IP addresses will change. This will be relevant for our live environment (ost.paazl.com & ship.paazl.com), as well as our testing environment (staging.paazl.com). Your web browser is capable of adjusting to these changes automatically. Therefore, action is only required in the following situations:

- Paazl is providing Track & Trace emails for your account(s).
- You have added our IP addresses to a whitelist.

Track & Trace emails

Ask your hosting provider to add the following SPF record to your TXT records. This makes sure that your Track & Trace emails will not be blocked by spam filters.

"v=spf1 ip4:87.233.148.128/26 ip6:2001:9a8:0:140::/64 ~all"

Whitelist
If relevant, please add the following IP addresses to your whitelist.

ost.paazl.com: OLD: 87.250.149.42 NEW: 87.233.148.171
ship.paazl.com OLD: 87.250.149.54 NEW: 87.233.148.170
staging.paazl.com OLD: 87.250.149.45 NEW: 87.233.148.172

Important! Please add the new IP addresses. Do not remove the old IP addresses.
